We are excited to share that all new homesites in Pinons at Forest Lakes are under contract. Very soon, the Pinons neighborhood will welcome new neighbors to the community. With Bristlecone and Pinons both being completely sold out, Classic Homes is now in the process of shaping and developing the new homesites in the West Valley at Forest Lakes. While we don't have a timeline for the release of lots, we are encouraging folks who are interested in living in the West Valley to join the interest list by going to this link and completing the form.
