Classic Homes - Bristlecone at Forest Lakes Update

  • Just Announced! Classic Homes is now selling in Bristlecone at Forest Lakes. With a new model under construction and more than 30 homesite reservations, Classic Homes announced base pricing for the initial release of 16 of its most popular ranch and 2-story plans that are now available in Forest Lakes. Starting from the $370s to $550s, homebuyers will have the opportunity to select from a large selection of home sizes, styles and design. 

    Situated north of the Bristlecone Lake is the neighborhood of Bristlecone at Forest Lakes. Crafted exclusively by     Classic Homes, this neighborhood offers a total of 71 homes, each constructed on an 80-foot wide homesite. Eight additional acreage estate homesites will also be developed. Lot reservations opened in October of 2015, and sales began on February 17, 2016.
