November 2021:  Following a very successful opening of Filing 5 homesites in the West Valley, the Forest Lakes' land development, engineering and construction teams have been hard at work getting the newest phase of homesites ready in the West Valley.  The warm weather and sunny days have allowed the crews to make significant progress on the West Valley bridge construction and the land and utility work for the the first phase of  homesites in Filing 6 - Click here to view the interactive map.

Due to the amount of active construction and the nature of the bridge construction taking place, all interested parties must be accompanied by a builder representative when touring the West Valley.
